Better Half Jewellers started its operations In 2001, at Mansi Cross Road Vastrapur, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, as a Private Limited Company, under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 vide certificate of incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra and Nagar Haveli. Subsequently the Company was converted from Private Company to Public limited Company in July, 2017, under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
